Forward thinkers are valued and rewarded and we presently seek an E-mail Marketing Manager to join our headquarters in Fremont, NE. In this integral role, the selected candidate will become a part of the growing e-commerce team. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class e-mail marketing strategy for three distinct markets that delivers personal, relevant communications and helps reach e-commerce sales goals. This position will be responsible for the e-mail production process from the marketing strategy through content creation and final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute e-mail marketing strategies using internal resources as needed (marketing managers, creative department, web developer, etc.)
• Manage all e-mail content, working with divisional marketing managers as needed, while ensuring content and design is brand appropriate
• Focus on growing e-mail house files using multiple strategies
• Manage third-party e-mail content management and deployment tool, utilizing available functionality to increase click-throughs and conversions
• Prepare weekly reports and analyze results
• Identify and analyze competitor e-mail communications including strategy, creative and offers

Requirements: 

• Solid understanding of e-mail marketing and e-commerce retail environment
• A minimum of 4+ years related experience with e-mail marketing management
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong working relationships across functional groups and lines of business
• Excellent planning, project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to be innovative and forward-thinking
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail oriented and proven writing/proofing ability
• Knowledge of the Silverpop Engage tool is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
