Account Services Specialist
Position Description
Aerotek is currently seeking an Account Services Specialist for a financial company in the Omaha area.
Responsibilities:
· Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
· Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic payments.
· Facilitate money market sweeps.
· Resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Communicate with Ameritrade Clearing associates, correspondent brokers and banks extensively.
Requirements:
· Requires an organized individual who needs little guidance, possesses excellent communication skills, and maintains a sense of ownership in their work.
· Must present a positive and professional image at all times.
· Requires excellent decision making skills in a fast paced environment.
· Recent call center experience
· Must have strong 10 key skills, assessment will be given
