Evaluates patients with disease and disability upon physical referral, and performs therapeutic treatment procedures as indicated. Makes patient referrals to other health care agencies/disciplines as indicated. Instructs patients and family members in disability specific activity programs to maximize functional ability.  

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Nebraska State Department of Health.  Graduate from a physical therapy education program.  Basic life support certification.  Experience in acute care, outpatient or SNF preferred.  Display proficiency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.  Wound care experience is preferred.
