The care coordinator is a registered professional nurse responsible for the clinical coordination, quality and financial outcomes of a designated caseload of patients.  Performs utilization function utilizing standards and guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.  Minimum of five years clinical experience in area of specialty.  Currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of Nebraska. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Current knowledge of utilization management standards and practices.
