PEAK, a financial advisor coaching, consulting, and training company is seeking a Financial Advisor Recruiter to recruit successful advisors to join one of PEAK’s several different coaching and training programs. As a member of our team, you will sell financial advisors on joining one of our programs that will jumpstart their success and enable them to model their business after #1 producer Ron Carson, who BARRONS® ranks as one of the best financial advisors in the country.
The Financial Advisor Recruiter will accomplish this by:
- Following up with leads generated by client referrals, our workshops, speaking engagements, conference calls, webinars, partner relationships, website opt-ins, e-mail campaigns.
- Managing your sales in an assigned territory of prospective clients.
- Selling our three-tiers of membership programs, individual products and additional offerings primarily via phone and also at speaking engagements and conferences (some overnight travel on private company jet may apply).

Ideal qualifications for this position include:
- Five years of successful sales experience or equivalent track record
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (enthusiastic, articulate, confident, adaptable) and the ability to build successful client relationships.
- Excellent attitude, organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing process.
- A strong interest in the financial services industry (financial industry experience preferred).
- A relentless burning desire to succeed.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, energetic, and competitive. You should love selling, work well with others (we have a very dynamic sales team), and must have great follow-up and interpersonal skills.
