SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate audits and meetings for REX partners and FirstComp reinsurance markets
- Generate internal documents and monthly experience reports
- Maintain updated partner files and Risk Exchange website
- Oversee internal and external information requests
- Participate in the management of existing partner relationships
- Assist in prospecting, research, and development of new program opportunities
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Self-motivated and has the desire and interest in learning
- Capacity to maintain a large level of work (multi-task)
- High level of organizational skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management, as well as outside clients and vendors
