Customer Service Specialist

This person will interact in a positive, thoughtful manner with LovelySkin.com customers. Primary responsibilities with include: taking phone orders, answering customer inquires via phone and email, supporting the fulfillment team, and promoting a favorable image of LovelySkin.com.

• Top-notch customer service skills
• Order fulfillment background
• Ability to respond to customer emails and calls at night and on the weekend
• Experience creating positive relationships with customers
• High-level phone skills
• Direct experience, or strong passion for, the Beauty and Skin Care Industries
• A willingness to learn and a keen mind
• Must flourish in a fast-paced enviroment and be a committed team player!

The hours associated with this job will be flexed to provide the individual time to answer call and emails in non-traditional work hours. The amount of time doing this will vary, but would require approximately 2 hours on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday.
