Direct, plan and coordinate the operation of an outpatient clinic. Achieve department and organizational goals to ensure optimal outcomes for designated patient populations within an approved operating budget. Responsible for the hiring, firing, counseling and evaluation of clinic staff.  Initiate and maintain effective communication to promote positive UNMC Physicians relations.

EDUCATION:
Required:	Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Nebraska. Currently certified in basic life support. May require ACLS in some clinic areas. May require specialty certification in some clinic areas.
Preferred:	Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
EXPERIENCE:
Required:	Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical management experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in and outpatient/physician office or equivalent required. Ability to collaborate with team leaders to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to lead and develop teams. Flexibility and dedication to team environment. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to anticipate and respond effectively to changes in direction and priorities. Well-ordered approach to problem solving.
