Position Description

Timberline Total Solutions, a multi-faceted teleservices company, is part of a family group of companies founded more than 60 years ago. We employ the latest technologies that allow us to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients.

 

Located in Omaha, our services include inbound telemarketing, outbound telemarketing, a combination of both inbound and outbound programs, as well as many other creative services.

 

We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Business-to-Business Contact Center Representative.

  • SUMMARY: A Business-to-Business representative contacts businesses, nationwide, qualifying leads and seeking orders by sharing their knowledge of various products and services available to a variety of companies and industries. 
  • DUTIES: 
    • Generate leads from outbound sales calls to various companies located nationwide. Lead generation will require effectively reaching the person responsible for making financial or purchasing decisions, while creating an opportunity for successful follow up by our clients’ sales force.
    • Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.
    • Secures and places orders/appointments/services depending on program needs.
    • Enters names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database.
    • Provides positive feedback to management to improve programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have proven 1-2 years SALES experience within a Business-to-Business call center.
    • Flexibility. You will work within your primary area of focus, lead generation, and business-to-business programs, but must be willing to assist in other business-to-consumer programs as well as possible inbound customer service programs. Teamwork and flexibility are job requirements with our company.
    • Proven computer skills and demonstrated ability to adapt to various software applications
    • Individual must possess excellent communication, verbal skills.
    • Positive and energetic phone presence and ability to not be discouraged by the word “No”.
