Home Care Community Liaison

6. Participates in defining strategic priorities, in achieving goals, and thus contributes to planning for use of physical, human and capital budget fiscal resources. Provide ideas, comments and recommendations to the Agency through established forums, suggestion box, team meetings, steering groups, leadership communications, and in any opportunity for open dialogue.

7. Works with administrative team to define the strategic directions, quality operation, customer-focused services, financial performance and regulatory compliance for marketing, referrals services, and community relations functions.

8. Works with the operation directors and leadership to ensure the growth of all home care business lines, by assisting them in identifying strategies to increase referrals and enhance potential referral patterns.

9. Reviews/monitors monthly statistical information and takes initiatives to determine strategic priorities.

10. Provides dynamic community relations to ensure that home care services are promoted through effective written and verbal communications and other professional and consumer educational opportunities as available. Directs supports staff in assisting with event planning and booth set up and take down.

Experience
Candidate will have proven success in marketing, community liaison, or business/program development.
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership or program development experience.

Education/Licensure:
Required: Bachelors Degree in nursing, respiratory, health science related.
Current license in one of the following clinical areas: RN, RT, PT/OT with five (5) to eight (8) years of health care experience in their related field.

Preferred: Masters Degree in Human Services, Health Care, or Business related field

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of home health care regulations, reimbursement, community resources, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead

Be a strong, effective member of the home care management team
Strong commitment to quality services and customer-focused care/services
Flexibility and capability to lead groups through rapid and continuous change
