Job Duties: Process written inquiries and disputes for TeleCheck Services Inc. and TRS Recovery Services. Process inbound calls for Forgery Escalations, Bankruptcy and Neg-Data. Provide research and support as needed for the First Data -TeleCheck Executive Team and Legal department. Assist walk-in consumers with claims as needed. Behavior that is positive, cooperative and professional and coveys a genuine willingness to assist consumers, customers, co-workers and management at all times.
Prefer previous consumer customer service and or collections experience. Knowledge of FCRA and FDCPA is a plus. Require Attitude that is positive, cooperative and professional and coveys a genuine willingness to assist consumers at all times. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate research findings and other data clearly and efficiently to diverse audiences. Data entry requirements (type 45 + wpm). Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
