Through training and employment opportunities, Goodwill assists the community’s economy by creating wage earners as well as consumers. There are 181 Goodwill Industries member organizations in the United States, Canada and the Pacific Basin, as well as 45 international associate members, located in 34 countries. Goodwill’s North American members and international associate members operate under the umbrella of a common mission, however, each Goodwill functions as an independent organization with its own programs, services, and locally elected board of directors.
