Headquarter in Omaha, NE, LabelCorp Holdings, INC (holding company for all of YORK Label companies) was founded by Rich Egan and Wind Point Partners in March 2006 with the merger of York Label in York, PA and Industrial Label Corporation (ILC) in Omaha, NE.
The former YORK Label was founded in 1947 and is the leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels. The former ILC was founded in 1961 and has two facilities based in Omaha, NE.
Plant locations for the wine & spirit and pharmaceutical groups are located in Toronto and Montreal, Canada, El Dorado Hills and Sonoma, CA and Santiago, Chile. These facilities operate under the name of Cameo Crafts, a YORK Label company.
Plant locations for consumer goods and food & beverage markets are located in Omaha, NE, Kansas City, MO, Asheville, NC and York, PA. The company goes to market as YORK Label in the consumer products and food and beverage markets.
In August 2008, YORK Label along with Rich Egan and YORK Label Senior Management formalized a partnership with Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC of New York to purchase the company from Wind Point Partners. The partnership provides the resources necessary to continue our worldwide growth and expansion.
