Manufacturing environment seeks an innovative candidate interested in powering our company ahead in technology!  Individual must have indepth knowledge of application development methodoligies and experience with Agile development is a plus.  Prefer candidate with a bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, MIS or equivalent experience who is adept in learning, evaluating and applying emerging technologies.

-         Continually seek and identify new and innovative process and system improvements.

-         Map out strategies for programs to support new and revised business requirements.

-         Maintain every-changing methods of handling data.

-         Write code, thoroughly test and debug new or revised programs to ensure accurate functioning.

-         Develop methodologies, procedures and policies for iSeries application development.

Experience with IBM AS/400, associated software and programming languages that include Lansa, COBOL, RPG, CL, SQL, Abstract or Surveyor is required.
