The ideal candidate will be responsible for NFC provider network development with present sub-contractors, while recruiting new network members. Ensures contract compliance is met with all sub-contractors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ensuring compliance for all sub-contractors with NFC . Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance. Abides by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements. Has a working knowledge of child welfare and CFS guidelines, policies, and procedures. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates advanced problem solving and negotiation skills. Possesses computer experience and competency in a Windows-based environment and ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, business, or a related field (Master's preferred) plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in the delivery of services to families and children is required; 2. Demonstrated history of successful social services development and management expertise; 3. Must possess valid driver's license with a good driving record.
