Position Description

Manager, Provider Network and Contracts Do you have a passion for helping others?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for NFC provider network development with present sub-contractors, while recruiting new network members. Ensures contract compliance is met with all sub-contractors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ensuring compliance for all sub-contractors with NFC . Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of ensuring compliance for all sub-contractors with NFC.
  • Develop and maintain Positive working relationships with NDHHS, Judges, sub-contractors and other various providers.
  • Directs network development practices and protocols.
  • Oversees licensing and accreditation procedures and requirements.
  • Manages programs and procedures to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Manage and maintains databases and designs reports to display and analyze data for network development.
  • Creates monthly reports on network development activities as part of the quality management plan.
  • Provide clear directions and priorities with balanced emphasis on program fidelity and teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with CFS and all NFC collaborating staff to ensure contract compliance.
  • Serve as a role model in carrying out the NFC mission.

Has a working knowledge of child welfare and CFS guidelines, policies, and procedures. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates advanced problem solving and negotiation skills. Possesses computer experience and competency in a Windows-based environment and ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs.

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

    1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, business, or a related field (Master's preferred) plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in the delivery of services to families and children is required; 2. Demonstrated history of successful social services development and management expertise; 3. Must possess valid driver's license with a good driving record.
