Boys Town is currently taking applications for a Youth Care Worker position, however we do not have current recruiting needs at this time. We will review applications when a position opens.This individual will participate in the supervision and training of youth by assisting youth in acknowledging and accepting responsibility for behavior patterns, providing feedback, and teaching social and independent living skills. The Youth Care Worker will provide daily documentation of youth behavior and activity, coordinate and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding youth care and attend staff meetings and training sessions. This position requires a desire to work with youth, must be 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license with a good driving record, high school diploma or GED, prefer degree in human services or related field. Starting salary is $10.65/hr.
